When You Contact Us

If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and the information you include in your message. We use it to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting business conversation. Please share only information needed for that purpose. An enquiry does not sign you up for marketing emails.

Our mailbox uses WordPress.com Professional Email, provided through Titan. You can read Titan's Privacy Policy for information about its service.

Website Hosting and Statistics

Our website is hosted by WordPress.com, operated by Automattic. Its services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and access times to operate and protect websites.

We use WordPress.com Stats to understand visits to our website, including which pages are viewed and how visitors find us. Automattic may process technical and approximate location information for these statistics. Hosting and statistics services may use cookies and similar technologies.

Domain and Traffic Services

Cloudflare provides DNS and proxy services for our primary domain. Website requests pass through Cloudflare before reaching our hosting provider. Cloudflare may process information such as IP addresses and traffic-routing data to provide its network and security services. Its service practices are described in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Use, Sharing and Retention

We share enquiry information only with people and service providers who need it to handle the conversation or provide our business services, or when required by law. We retain correspondence for as long as needed for those purposes and relevant business or legal record-keeping. Our service providers have their own processing and retention practices, and information may be processed outside Canada.

Your Choices and Questions

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. To ask about information you have provided to the studio, or request access, correction or deletion, email [email protected]. We will consider your request in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
